Covers permanently installed residential spas that are used for bathing and are operated by an owner, licensee, or concessionaire, regardless of whether a fee is charged for use. This is the second public review for this standard. It was originally listed in the July 4, 1997 issue of Standards Action. It is being resubmitted now due to substantive changes.
